Because of the Chinese new year, I decide to change the template of my blogger.
I really like the new one, this template gave me a kind of fresh and comfortable feeling :D
And i havn't write any new article for a long time, just because i'm too lazy to write every thing down...
Anyway, recently, i start writing my master thesis.
This is abolutly one of the most boring thing ever!
I hate to write any format of report, and not to mention that i have to write more than 40 pages in English!
It's really killing me....
But the good part is, i can feel my English typing is getting faster and faster recently.
During the writing, i'm also practicing my typing.
Finally found a good reason to do this extremly boring process....
This winter vacation probably is my last one, but i still had a great time, though i had the preasure of writing thesis.
Before the Chinese new year, my family decided to travel around Taiwan.
Actually, my mom and dad has driven to circle around Taiwan for many many times.
My dad loves driving, so he is always happy to be the driver, even though he needs to continuiously driving for 5 hours.
This time, they took me with them, and ready to have a 4 days trip together.
Here is the simplified map of Taiwan
My home is the Capital City in the Northern Taiwan called Taipei.
We left our home about 8AM in the morning.
Our first stop is Hualien, an beautiful city in the eastern Taiwan, which is also the city where my univercity located.
I can say i'm very familier with this city, so i decided to took them to some places that i really love.
First we went to "七星潭", which means "the lake of seven stars".
Although the name says its a lake, but actually, it's the coast of the Pacific Ocean.
I've been there for several times, the weather was always bad, and i can't feel the beauty of that place at all.
Therefore, I always disagree with the travel guide which said the most visit place in Hualien is "The lake of seven stars".
But this time, i totally changed my mind, cause that is really a beautiful place, and the weather is just perfect!
Check the photos below!
After having the lunch in Hualien City, we went to a place i just knew it two month ago!
That place called "雲山水", means "Cloud, mountain and water".
I knew that place is because last time when i went to Hualien with my friends in NDHU tennis team, one of our member is the resident of Hualien, and she took us there.
I was suprise that i didn't know that place for four years, and that is really really a cool place!
It looks like a huge golf court,or garden, with trees, flowers, and lake!
A resident of Hualien told me that the land over there is actually private own, and not open to the public, but somehow, everyone can get inside now.
(Fortunetly, not too many people know that place, or it will be full of people in the end...)
Anyway, there is a perfect place, and i would like to go there in the next time, if it's still peaceful and quite! :P
Followers are the photo i took last time.
After visiting "Cloud, mountain and water", we went to LiChuan fishing ground to take a look and back to Hualien City for dinner.
( LiChuan is a good place to relax, and a must visit spot in Hualien in every travel guide!)
In the next day, we planed to keep going down to the next city, Taitung.
Taitung is southern than Hualien.
Since there are less resident that Hualien, it's even more natureal!
If you want to go from Hualien to Taitung, you have two choices, Highway 9 and 11.
Highway 9 is the road between Coastal Range and Central Mountain Range and go though many bigger village on the plain.
There are more people lives beside highway 9.
However, Highway 11 is the road on the other side of Coastal Range, with Pacific ocean besides.
I love Highway 11 is because the eastern coast is so damm beautiful, the clear sky and blue ocean can always makes me in a good mood!
Check out the photos of it!
There is a fancy hotel in the begining of Highway 11, and the view from that place is just perfect!
I took some photos from there.
It looks perfect, don't you think so?
With my parents~
I love the eastern coast of Taiwan, and really consider to move to there when i retire! Seriously!
It's a long way to Taitung, so when we arrived our hotel, it was almost 7 in the evening.
And after we left Taitung, we went to Kaohsiung to stay for one night.
I didn't took photos after we left Taitung cause we didn't visit any tourist spot, and directly drive to the place we stayed.
Anyway, Eastern Taiwan is the best place i've ever stay!
I lOVE IT!!!!
